This organization was founded and run by one of our Logos members.  Her brother is Detective Corporal Timothy Kelly Jr. (known to local area kids as "Officer Tim").

Tim was born and raised in Monmouth County, New Jersey and lived in the Bayshore Area his whole life.

He loved his close-knit community and was proud to serve and protect with pride alongside his Brothers & Sisters in Blue on the Union Beach Police Department.

With all of this in mind and in keeping with his gift of helping our youth who are most vulnerable, Tim's Earth Angels was created by the Kelly family.

We will honor Tim by doing our very best to carry out his vision with the help of our community. And will strive to support at-risk youth & Bayshore Families who are experiencing difficult challenges so that his bright light will continue to shine through others.
